Yes, I did sense that you wanted more of an overview-survey type teachings for church history. Good stuff.

Yeah man, I love the Worldwide Classroom, that thing is so awesome. I've listened to one or two.

I knew about that all along while I was searching, but I intentionally was trying to find something other than the Worldwide Classroom, only because it is so epicly awesome that it gets into all the details, hehe.

That's a good thing, of course! But I was just trying to find a more "forest over the trees" approach, at least at first.

I think the Worldwide Classroom is the perfect "Level 2" to this one here, as "Level 1," hehe =D.

I believe I shared the link before, but Covenant Seminary offers the audio lectures of just over 20 of their master's level classes at their Worldwide Classroom website. The first class is on ancient and medieval church history (35 lectures of about 45 mins each) and the second class is reformation and modern church history (37 lectures of about 45 mins each). You can also download the professors notes in PDF format.

Now, of course, this isn't as cool as video, and it is a little more in depth. But it is probably worth while. In the end, I did not take the 2 classes for my MATS, so I do want to go back and study those two classes in the very near future.
